Waterside Arts Centre is just 20mins from Manchester City Centre and ideally situated next to the Bridgewater Canal in Sale town centre. We are just off the A56 (junction 7, M60) and directly opposite Sale Metrolink Station.

There is a mix of free & charged car parks around Waterside Arts Centre, all within easy walking distance as marked on the above map. Please note the Broad Road car park is now open. You can find more information here

Mon-Sat 10am-5pm
Closed on Bank Holidays

Christmas & New Year Opening Times:
Wed 28-Fri 30 Dec: 10am-5pm,
Christmas Eve: 10am-1pm,
New Years Eve: 10am-5pm,

On days with evening performances, the centre will remain open until 7pm and the Ticket Office will remain open until curtain up.

Mon-Sat 10am-5pm and on performance evenings, phone lines close 1 hour before start of performance. Answering machine operates outside Ticket Office hours and calls are returned the next working day (Mon-Sat only). All major credit and debit cards accepted, Booking by Credit or debit card will be subject to a £1 fee when booking over the phone.

TICKET POSTAGE AND COLLECTION
A  £1 charge is applied for posting out tickets. If you prefer to collect tickets on the evening of the performance, please arrive no later than 15 minutes before the start of the performance. When collecting tickets from the centre, please bring along the credit/debit card in which the payment was taken as proof of identification.

LOST TICKETS
Should you lose your tickets for seated events, you can request another ticket to be printed out for collection on the day of the performance (ID required upon collection). We regret we are unable to re-issue tickets for unreserved or standing events.

TICKET EXCHANGE AND RESALE
We regret that as most of our events are one performance only, tickets can not be exchanged. No refunds are available for unwanted tickets on the night of the performance. If a performance is sold-out, we will endeavour to resell any returned tickets on your behalf, a fee for this service will be applied and resale cannot be guaranteed.

LATECOMERS
We regret that if you arrive after the start of a performance, you will be asked to wait until a suitable break in the performance before taking your seats, alternative seats or standing where appropriate.

Waterside Arts Centre Management reserve the right to make changes to the advertised cast and programme, refuse admission and provide alternative seats of the same value. Concessionary rates and discounts MUST be quoted at time of booking.
